MSX Gains 58 Points To Close At 4,201.05
Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) general index today [July 18] gained 58.3 points, comprising a rise of 1.41 per cent to close at 4,201.05 points, compared to the last session, which stood at 4,142.77 points.
The trading value today stood at RO3,387,354, comprising a drop of 11.8 per cent, compared to the last session, which stood at RO3,841,590.
The report released by MSX pointed out that the market value went up by 0.291 per cent to reach about RO22.50bn.
The report added that the value of shares bought by non-Omani investors reached RO396,000, comprising 11.70 per cent. The value of shares sold by non-Omani investors reached RO541,000, comprising 15.96 per cent.
The net non-Omani investment decreased by 4.27 per cent to RO145,000.
