Infiniti Oman’s Loyalty Program Offers Host Of Benefits
Muscat: INFINITI Oman, from the house of Suhail Bahwan Automobiles, has launched a loyalty program that offers a host of benefits for its customers. The programme aims to attract and retain a larger pool of customers and to maintain the current customer base by building a closer bond. The objective is also to influence and increase brand loyalty while building a healthy relationship with its customers.
A senior spokesperson at INFINITI Oman said, “The INFINITI owner loyalty program offers individuals who currently own an INFINITI vehicle many special benefits. We are happy to design this program and express our deep appreciation and gratitude to our customers for their brand loyalty.”
Customers who own an INFINITI in their respective names can qualify for this program. Leased vehicle owners, fleet owners, LPO customers, Ministry vehicles, Ministry vehicles registered on individual’s names cannot qualify for the loyalty programme.
The loyalty program has been categorised into Diamond and Platinum segments. The qualification criteria for the Diamond segment is 2-3 INFINITI vehicles. The qualification criteria for the Platinum segment is four and more INFINITI vehicles.
Any existing INFINITI customer is eligible for the loyalty program. An existing INFINITI vehicle (applicable for vehicles sold through Suhail Bahwan Automobiles LLC) owner buying his second or more INFINITI vehicle is also eligible.
The benefits of a loyalty program are plenty. The loyalty bonus on the trade-in price of the INFINITI vehicle is OMR 300 for the Diamond category and OMR 400 for the Platinum category. A special 20 per cent discount on labour cost on vehicle service is available for both categories. A 55 per cent special discount for spare parts and accessories is available for the Diamond category and 60 per cent for the Platinum category. An interest rate of 1.25% less than the existing rate for the Diamond category and 1.50% for the Platinum category if offered under the program. As part of a special accessories package, window tinting is offered for the Diamond category, window tinting and paint protection for the Platinum category.
