1. Who Can Apply?
Anyone who meets the financial and professional requirements can apply. The program is tailored for:

Investors with capital in Oman

Entrepreneurs and company owners

Property buyers in designated areas
-
Professionals linked to Oman-based companies
2. The Seven Eligibility Routes
To qualify, you must invest at least RO 200,000 (approx. USD 520,000) in one of the following ways:

Start or Own a Company
-
Must hold assets worth RO 200,000 or more
-
Company must be at least 1 year old
-

Buy Property in Integrated Tourism Complexes (ITCs)

Residential, commercial, or tourism units
-
Proof via title deed or audited balance sheet

Invest in Government Development Bonds

Minimum RO 200,000 in bonds

Bonds must have at least 2 years left to maturity

Purchase Listed Equities

Shares worth RO 200,000 or more, registered in your name

Fixed Bank Deposit

Locked for 5 years (renewable during the residency period)

Employ Omani Nationals

Company must employ at least 50 Omanis

Companies with capital of RO 200,000 or more can nominate investors or senior professionals
