ROP to Halt Traffic, Passport, Residency & Civil Status Services till 11th May
Muscat: In accordance with the decisions of the Supreme committee’s decisions, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced that it is temporarily halting in-person services with regards to traffic, passport, residency & civil status requests starting on 09th May till 11th May 2021.
However, the requests for the abovementioned services can still be submitted on the web portal of ROP and the ROP will carry out these services assigned to them, around the clock.
In wake of rising COVID cases, The Supreme Committee directed all Government employees to work remotely instead of coming to the workplace.
