Oman United Insurance Clinches Coveted Honour At Business Excellence Awards
Garnering yet another accolade for its industry-leading services, Oman United Insurance Co SAOG (OUIC) has scooped the prestigious Business Excellence Award at the OER Business Summit recently held at Sheraton Oman Hotel.
Publicly-traded OUIC, which is listed on the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX), received the coveted award for ‘Exemplary Customer Service and Claim Settlement’ in recognition of its track record in building long-lasting customer relationships and swiftly processing insurance claims.
The announcement came at the 14th edition of the OER Business Summit, a signature annual event that celebrates business resilience and entrepreneurial ingenuity in Oman’s corporate sector. His Excellency Eng. Bader bin Salim bin Marhoon Al Mamari, Secretary General, Oman Tender Board was the chief guest at the Summit. In attendance were luminaries from Oman’s business community and other leading personalities.
Mr. Yahya Khamis Muftah Al Kharusi, General Manager – Claims, proudly received the award on behalf of OUIC. In conferring the award on OUIC, the jury citation read, “The company offers best in class customer service and prides itself on its quick, seamless and convenient claims settlement process. It strives to build long‐lasting relationships with its customers by satisfying their evolving needs and attempts to meet them by developing and creating new products.”
In a statement, Mr. Nassir Bin Salim Al Busaidi, Chief Management Executive – OUIC, credited the staff’s professional ethos and passion for success in clinching the award in the company’s honour. “We owe this award to our loyal customers and our staff who made this accolade possible.
