Oman’s oil production touches 29m barrels

Oman’s crude oil production in November touched 28.88 million barrels, according to the official statistics released by the Ministry of Oil and Gas on Wednesday.
The country’s average crude oil production stood at 962,783 barrels in November.
Of the total production, the Sultanate exported 24.43 million barrels in November, a decline of 0.56 per cent.
China retained its position as the leading importer of Oman Crude in November, with the country constituting 84 per cent of the total exports. This is against a lower share of 53.65 per cent in the previous month.
This was followed by Taiwan (8.28 per cent) and India (7.73 per cent).
