Food & Dining
Get ready for a feast with Prince Harry and Meghan’s royal wedding chef!
If you ever wondered what Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding menu tasted like, then you can whet your curiosity and appetite at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort soon!
The resort is offering guests a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to dine like royalty with the royal wedding menu recreated by world-class Chef Nikolaos Koulousias, one of the culinary artists selected to prepare Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s Wedding Menu, with an Omani twist of course.
The German-born Greek chef Niko has been pursuing his passion for cooking since he was 14 years old. Having studied in The Culinary Institute in Heidelberg, his career has taken him around the world and his stop above the clouds at Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort will see him present an array of culinary delights based on selected dishes from the Royal Wedding Menu with a blend of local produce.
Interestingly, the regal feast is being held in the most appropriate location, Diana’s Point, dedicated to Prince Harry’s mother HRH Princess Diana, who visited the site in 1986.

Dagmar Symes, General Manager of Anantara Al Jabal Al Akhdar Resort, said Diana’s Point was the immediate and obvious choice to host this spectacular dining event. “When I heard that Niko played a major role in the royal wedding of Harry and Meghan, it was an obvious thought to link this event to Diana’s Point. We’re looking forward to a truly memorable experience, to share a glimpse of the wedding that captivated millions, reimagined with an Omani twist.”
According to Symes, Omani flavours, pomegranates and rosewater blended into the spirit of the royal wedding will be the highlight of the event. You can book your spot by contacting the resort!
