New Age Banking Summit on 30th April

With the wave of fintech solutions challenging the legacy systems all over, the need to incorporate technology as an enabler to help enhance the customer experience, business profitability and the product portfolio in a secured environment, is a top priority for the banks.
It will be the focus of New Age Banking Summit 2019 taking place on 30th April in Hotel Sheraton Oman, Muscat. It will bring together industry experts to discuss on the changing dynamics of digital banking with special emphasis on AI, blockchain, machine learning, fintech, cyber security, digital wallets, digital identity and process automation.

His Excellency Tahir bin Salim bin Abdullah Al Amri, Executive President, Central Bank of Oman will be the Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker at the event. Information Technology Authority (ITA), Oman Banks Association and MENA Fintech Association are supporting the event.
Prominent industry leaders from the top banks and technology solution providers including Ripple, Microsoft, Oracle, GBM, MENA Fintech Foundation, Riyad Bank, Al Baraka Banking Group, Oman Data Park, Bank Dhofar, Oman Arab Bank, HSBC Oman, National Bank of Oman, Bank Nizwa and Alizz Islamic Bank will be speaking at the Summit.

The Oman Banking & Finance Awards, powered by Oman Economic Review (OER), will be co-located with the Summit. The Awards will felicitate the key industry leaders, organizations and products/solutions that are at the forefront of new age banking and finance in the Sultanate.
