Roselle Café Bakery: Oman’s spin on F&B
Bin Mirza International’s picture-perfect Roselle Café Bakery has opened its doors in the heart of Qurum. Suited for today’s millennials, hundreds of rose petals in various pink hues adorn the wall, while delicious treats, baked goods and refreshments are simply flawless. Everything around the café is Instagramable in its own right.
Jannat Shafaei, Marketing Director at Bin Mirza International (BMI) said, “For years, we have been trying to introduce new concepts in the Sultanate. We started with brand names such as Nando’s, Wagamama and Second Cup and that was a great experience. It taught us a lot. Last year, we thought about introducing something not only new to the Omani market but something that is ours. Conceptualized and produced by us and here it is – Roselle Bakery Café was born.”
She added, “As soon as you enter Roselle, you are transported to an enchanted garden. The floral designs, the service and the cozy feel makes it fun and refreshing. Our menu caters for all, the sweet tooth, the health conscious and to the savoury lover. We guarantee our visitors will have an unforgettable experience!”
The menu offers savoury treats that include the loved-by-all Chips Oman with chilli sauce and thyme bread with a twist, healthy acai bowls to beautifully crafted cupcakes named after girls and various bread that cater to all taste buds. Coffee lovers can enjoy delicately fragranced hot drinks, including lavender, charcoal and turmeric all topped off with beautiful edible flowers. While refreshing and reenergizing cold drinks named after precious stones such as Pink Ruby and Blue Sapphire are on offer to quench one’s thirst.
The second addition of Roselle Bakery Café is already underway and will be located in Oman Avenues Mall.
