Al Bustan Celebrates a Culinary Journey This Ramadan
In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan, Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel will be hosting decadent daily Iftar buffets and delectable Suhoor.
Starting at OMR 18, guests can experience a global culinary journey at Al Khiran Kitchen with Iftar’s featuring cuisine from countries beyond Oman including Syria, Malaysia, Iran, Morocco, Jordan and much more.
For Suhoor, visitors can begin each day of fasting with a special Turkish menu at the hotel’s Turkuaz Restaurant & Lounge.

For Iftar, guests can enjoy live stations representing a number of countries with signature dishes such as assorted cold mezza and salads from Lebanon, Merguez from Tunisia, traditional Mansaf from Jordan, Koshari from Egypt and Pide from Turkey.
End a long day of fasting with assorted Iranian kebabs such as Juje and Kebab Koobideh, spicy curries, tandoor specialties and breads from India and Pakistan’s classic Kabul Pulao.
Sample Fatteh from Syria, decadent tanginess and couscous from Morocco, savory Nasi Goring and beef rending from Indonesia as well as Laksa, assorted satay and street food from Malaysia.
The Sultanate will be represented by a number of traditional dishes including lamb Shuwa, Bapolo, Harees, Mashakik, Kuku Paka and assorted Omani breads. Rejoicing culinary masterpieces together with entertainment, guests can take delight in each meal with friends and family while listing to traditional music played on qanoon and oud.
Take pleasure in great company and food throughout the night with a special Suhoor at the resort’s Turkish popup restaurant and lounge, Turkuaz. Enjoy time-honored dishes such as Ezogelin Corbasi, a lentil soup with bulgur and rice originally from southeast Turkey or Karadeniz Pidesi, a folded wide filled with spinach, egg and cheese with origins from the Black Sea region.
Try Menemen, a traditional egg dish mixed with sweet tomatoes, green pepper and onion and finish Suhoor before the sun rises with a sweet Turkish tradition of Güillac, a film dough and pomegranate desert together with a cup of Turkish tea.

Suhoor menu available from 10pm – 1am Sunday -Wednesday
