Ahli Islamic Qitaf Scheme 2021 To Conclude With Grand Draw Next January
Muscat: Ahli Islamic is all set to end 2021 on a captivating note with its fourth-quarter Qitaf Prize Scheme 2021 draw, which is scheduled to be held on January 2022. It will award one lucky winner a whopping grand prize of RO 100,000.
As per the scheme, this last quarterly draw of the year will mark a new chapter in the history of ahli Islamic, having rewarded more than 4,200 customers – with prizes totalling over RO 1,250,000 across all its branches in the country – over the course of the year.
Noting that the scheme was designed meticulously to cover a wider customer base and include diverse prize categories, Mr. Yousuf Al Rawahi, DGM – Head of ahli Islamic said, “Through Qitaf, we have endeavored to actively engage with various segments of our customers, spread across our extensive network of branches. This has boosted our growth trajectory, with a substantial increase in demand to not just open new accounts, but also to maintain the minimum average balance to qualify for the draws. It is a clear reflection of our success in inspiring a culture of savings among our customers, and the community in which we operate.
“While our Shari’a-compliant Qitaf savings account itself is based on the principle of Mudaraba, what endears it to our growing line of customers is the ease with which it provides opportunities to earn cash prizes through a draw system. It demonstrates our commitment to improve their financial status and our larger objective to recognize and reward their loyalty. Verily, this has strengthened our market position and helped us forge ahead, even in the wake of economic slowdown brought about by the pandemic.”
Structured to provide investment opportunities that suit customers’ needs, while promoting a culture of prudent savings through cash rewards that are dispensed through weekly, monthly, quarterly and special event draws, the Qitaf account has fast gained popularity to enhance ahli Islamic status as Oman’s premier Islamic Bank. The 2021 edition of the scheme, our different categories like weekly draws for all account holders and special weekly draws for children, have helped customers achieving their aspirations.
One of the unique features of the scheme is the criteria for eligibility, which makes it easy and attainable for everyone. It simply means customers from various banking categories can qualify for the draws based on their respective balance, with an option to invest their capital in profitable assets. This further translates as an opportunity to save and thereby secure the future. As per the scheme, customers who maintain a minimum average balance of RO 100 are automatically entitled to enter draws; the requisite balance to qualify for the quarterly draws is RO 1,000. Winners are selected through the draws, as per the terms and conditions set by the Bank.
With weekly prizes of RO250 for two winners and RO50 for three children from each branch and monthly prizes of RO20,000, in addition to the quarterly draws and special event offers, ahli Islamic has met and exceeded its customers’ expectations to save and grow. It has methodically crafted the scheme to encourage customers to avail the benefits of its innovative offerings, with its underlying focus on added opportunities to save and win.
