Muscat: In its bid to constantly offer tailored banking products and services to various market segments and further grow and strengthen its retail banking portfolio, ahli islamic recently launched a dedicated account for its female customers. The Bank’s newest launch—the Ladies Savings Account— presents a comprehensive range of unique benefits and privileges that promise to provide greater fulfillment and satisfying customer experience to this growing segment.
With the new Shari’a-compliant Ladies Savings Account, customers could avail of attractive deals, special offers and discounts from selected merchants using a uniquely designed debit card and through the ahlirewards application. More benefits await those who transfer their salaries to this account. Each customer will also have the privilege to automatically qualify for the Qitaf weekly, monthly and quarterly prize draws and Omani Women’s Day 2021 draws.
Yousuf Al Rawahi, Deputy General Manager and Head of ahli islamic said, “As one of the leading players in the Omani banking sector, we are committed to developing and presenting banking solutions that fulfill our customers’ personal needs and lifestyles, and contributing towards realizing their aspirations. Our approach towards customizing our products and services for various customer segments through an in-depth market study has led us to recognize that an increasing number of women are joining the national workforce and require financial services to meet their evolving social and economic needs. The Ladies Savings Account takes into account an understanding of the importance of helping our female customers develop their savings and maximize the beneficial returns that the account provides.”
Al Rawahi further stated, “ahli islamic pursues a growth-oriented strategy in line with the needs of its customers. Over the years, we have introduced products and services that are distinct and for diverse customer segments, reflecting our continuous efforts to ensure long-term service efficiency.”
ahli islamic continues to focus on advanced products and services, in order to increase its foothold in the market and expand the market for those Shari’a-compliant products. The Bank also facilitates customers to operate their business under Shari’a principles by way of providing a wide array of Shari’a-based financial products and also ensures the highest level of service standards with a focus on “Partnering” instead of offering financing services to the customer.
