Oman Oil Marketing Company Celebrates Customer Care Week 2024

In recognition of its customers and to strengthen engagement with them, Oman Oil Marketing Company has launched Customer Service Week in the Sultanate, coinciding with the global Customer Service Week.
Throughout this week, the company’s executive management will visit service stations across various governorates to meet customers, listen to their feedback, and gather suggestions aimed at enhancing the services provided at these stations.
Moreover, from the 6th to 10th of October, the team will distribute gifts to customers as a gesture of appreciation for their loyalty over the years.
These direct interactions aim to leverage customer feedback to enhance the delivery of exceptional service to them.
