CDAA Launches ‘Nidaa’ App For Emergencies
Muscat: The Civil Defense and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) launched a mobile app ‘Nidaa’ which allows citizens and residents to call for ambulance service in just one click.
While placing an emergency request on the app, the ambulance will arrive using the SOS system and communicate with the CDAA operation center in case of an emergency.
The app also has a unique feature that allows people with hearing or hearing impairments to contact ambulance services.
Through the app, you can notify emergency situations, such as an accident, injury, loss, collapse, fire, drowning and other emergencies.
