New Maradi Huraymah gas plant to be commissioned soon: Robert Swain of Oxy Oman
“New gas plant in Maradi Huraymah to be commissioned over the next few months. Maradi Huraymah field will produce gas and condensate. The first gas was delivered on 14 January 2016 from the Fushaigah field,” informed Robert Swain, Sr. Vice President and General Manager, Occidental (Oxy) Oman while talking about Block 62. Oxy Oman operates Blocks 9, 27, 62 and 53 in Oman. Swain was speaking at the Ministry of Oil & Gas’ annual media briefing held in Muscat, Oman in March 2016.
