The year 2020 has been one chock-full of ups and downs. While many companies spiraled, some obvious contenders grew to post strong market capitalization during the pandemic.
Below is a list of companies that have surfed the tides of uncertainty this tumultuous year while maintaining their position as billion (and in many cases trillion)-dollar-strong goliaths.
The data presented in the list is based on market capitalization rates in US$ billion and was compiled by Fortune’s Annual Global 500 based on statistics from November 2020.
