Billionaire Dubai’s Artistic Production Director, Montserrat (Montse) Moré brings incredible experience to her new role, having previously been part of iconic brands such as Cirque du Soleil, Lío and Pacha in Ibiza. Today Moré brings her artistic vision, boundless creativity and production know-how to the Billionaire Dubai stage. To top off the dinner entertainment, Billionaire will regularly host the world’s leading DJs and artists.

Gastronomy reigns supreme at Billionaire Dubai with authentic, fresh and extraordinary food presented with an elegant and theatrical touch. A delectable culinary offering of two distinct menus curated by celebrity chef Batuhan Piatti Zeynioglu, using the finest ingredients, ensures a deliciously diverse selection of dishes.

In a nod to the brand’s Italian heritage, the menu captivates with quintessential Italian flavours; with signature dishes including homemade Fresh Pasta (tagliolini, maltagliati, gnocchi, tortellini). The New-Asian menu adopts a modern and inventive interpretation of Asian cuisine, incorporating traditional as well as new-world cooking techniques. Live-fire dishes cooked on a Josper grill are served up alongside favourites like the Billionaire Roll, a vast selection of Sushi, Sashimi and succulent Bao Buns.

Created by world renowned interior designers Sagrada, the interior landscape of Billionaire Dubai takes inspiration form the brand’s birthplace in Porto Cervo, Costa Smeralda Sardinia, with the restaurant designed in such a way that the stage is the main focus. Subtle nautical references are woven into the architectural detailing, effortlessly blending with elements taken from the theatrical world. The bespoke interior design incorporates a rich gold, white, and midnight navy palette with bold red accents. Striking geometric fabrics and eye-catching textures, including the tasteful incorporation of a circular motif into architectural details, symbolize the warm Italian sun, creating a setting that is sophisticated, warm and glamorous.
