Nine Health Projects Localised in Khazaen Economic City, with RO156M Investment Value
Nine local and foreign health sector projects has been localised in the integrated zone in Khazaen Economic City, South Al Batinah Governorate, by the end of 2024. The total investment value of the projects stand at RO156mn (about US$405mn).

Khazaen Economic City representatives explained to the Oman News Agency that the investments cover specialised pharmaceutical industrial projects such as the production of human vaccines, production of medicines and medical supplies, and the establishment of facilities for storing and importing medicines and medical equipment.
