Muscat: Mercedes-Benz Oman has announced the appointment of Shaun Michael as its new Chief Executive Officer.
An industry veteran, Shaun is set to add further momentum to the company’s journey of transformation. Navigating the new normal, he succeeds Lawrence Good to continue to drive the focus on customer experience, and lead Mercedes-Benz Oman into the next phase of its strategic direction.
Shaun said, “I’m delighted to be joining Mercedes-Benz Oman and I’m honoured to be leading a great team that has been the driving force behind the company’s unprecedented growth over almost five decades.
“Although these are difficult times, there is much to look forward to and I am confident of a promising future, as we continue to push digital innovation, trend-setting vehicles, and customer service second to none in the market”.
With over 28 years of premium brand automotive retail experience in Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Audi, Shaun has held a variety of senior roles throughout the industry.
