Alizz Islamic Bank recently partnered with Al Tawasul Institute for a specialised training program to empower job seekers with hearing impairments.
The programme is tailored to focus on developing their social and professional skills, providing them with the right tools that will help them communicate at the workforce. This programme aims to provide the candidates with the skills, resources and confidence needed to succeed in today’s dynamic job market.
This partnership comes as part of the bank’s ‘Alizz Cares’ strategic pillars and underscores its commitment to fostering inclusivity, empowering communities and enhancing the quality of life. Guided by the overarching framework of ‘We Care,’ the Bank is on a mission to enhance the quality of life for future generations.
The agreement was signed during the Celebration of the 50th Arab Week for the Deaf by Mr. Asaad Al Kharusi, Chief Operating Officer of Alizz Islamic Bank on behalf of the bank and by Mr. Said Al Badai, GM of Al Tawasul Training Institute on behalf of the Institute in the honorable presence of H.E Dr. Laila bint Ahmed Al Najar, Minister of Social Development.
