Using These Apps Can Simplify Your Work-From-Home Lives

Many companies have now started implementing Work-From-Homes to contain the spread of coronavirus and ensure that we practice social distancing that seems to help flatten the curve.
Having said that, flexible hours and work-from-home concepts are nothing new and there are many apps out there that have helped offices integrate and meet seamlessly without having to meet too often in the real world.
Here are some apps that are available in the UAE and virus or not, can not only add to productivity but also save office space, rent, and contribute to reducing carbon footprints indirectly.

ZOHO’s newly launched Remotely offers a complete suite of web and mobile apps to help make your communications and collaborations much more productive, and easy to manage. The app will remain free till July 1, 2020 in wake of the Coronavirus crisis.
TEAMVIEWER
TeamViewer was launched in 2005 and has since then continued to provide cloud-based technologies that allow online remote support and collaboration across the globe. From remote desktop support to managing teams and projects, TeamViewer platform allows for perfect synergy all over.
ANYDESK
AnyDesk, founded in 2014, is available for companies of all sizes. According to the company, its remote access software has been downloaded by more than 100 million users worldwide. The software is based on their unique proprietary codec, DeskRT, that allows for virtually latency-free collaboration, no matter where you are.
JOIN.ME
They call themselves a collaboration tool designed to cut through pointless processes, politics and protocols with a single click. They are powered by LogMeIn, which provides essential cloud services to individuals and businesses alike and, according to numbers, they have connected to over 300mn devices worldwide!
