Ahli Bank holds quarterly ‘Salary for Life’ draw of 2020 Wafra Prize Scheme
Continuing to delight customers with big prizes, Ahli Bank, recently held its second ‘Salary for Life’ draw under the 2020 Wafra Prize Scheme, with the winner walking away with a whopping RO250,000.
Held in compliance with the health and safety requirements due to COVID-19, the draw took place at Ahli Bank’s Headquarters in the presence of Senior Management. Bassam Abdulrahman Nasser, the lucky winner of ‘Salary for Life’s June draw from Salalah branch took home RO250,000 (RO1,000 to be paid monthly for 250 months).
Aimed at encouraging a savings culture, Wafra’s ‘Salary for Life’ includes a total mega prize of 1 Million Omani Rials – of which an amount of RO 250,000 is won every quarter, by four lucky customers, during the year! Customers who maintain a quarterly average balance of RO 1,000 are eligible to participate in the ‘Salary for Life’ quarterly prize draw. The lucky winner will win RO250,000 (RO1,000 to be paid monthly for 250 months).

Giving account-holders an opportunity to win big through a wide range of prize-draws throughout the year, Ahli Bank’s ‘Wafra Prize Scheme 2020’, will award total prizes worth over RO 1.8 million to more than 1300 customers across Ahli Bank’s branches in the Sultanate.‘Wafra’ -which means ‘abundance’ in Arabic- Prize Scheme 2020 offers customers with numerous chances to win attractive prizes across weekly, monthly, Salary Transfer, Children’s, National Day, as well as other ‘Premium and Exclusive’ prize-draws. Wafra’s weekly Prize Scheme rewards one customer from each branch with RO 500 and the Monthly Prize scheme rewards five winners with RO 2000 each.
It may be worth mentioning that the third quarterly prize is scheduled to take place in September and details of the draw will be announced on the Bank’s social media platforms later.
