Preparing tomorrow’s leaders
Takatuf’s Essentials Management Programme was aimed at developing leadership skills for future leaders

Takatuf, Oman’s leading provider of innovative human capital solutions, successfully completed its second Essentials Management Programme (EMP) on January 18.
The programme was held in partnership with Franklin-Covey, and was attended by managers, team leads and superintendents from the State General Reserve Fund, Oman Oil Company Exploration and Production, Oman Tank Terminal Company, and Oman Brunei Investment Company.
The EMP was comprised of three five-day modules held in September, November and January. The programme design is highly interactive, in which here participants work through a series of modules aimed at developing leadership skills and knowledge.
The EMP modules offered by Takatuf provide front line managers and supervisors, who are ready to join in as junior leaders, a springboard to become the leaders of tomorrow. As for senior managers, Takatuf offers the Emerging Leaders Programme (ELP) – a demanding programme for mid to senior level managers. The ELP programme was conducted last year by Takatuf, in partnership with HEC Paris (Qatar).
