Oman Arab Bank doubles credit card sales
Following its introduction on Oman’s 45th National Day, Oman Arab Bank’s innovative credit card online loyalty program ‘OAB Rewards’ has received an overwhelming response from customers. OAB Rewards entitles all OAB credit card holders who are subscribed online to earn points as they spend on their credit cards.
Following its introduction on Oman’s 45th National Day, Oman Arab Bank’s innovative credit card online loyalty program ‘OAB Rewards’ has received an overwhelming response from customers. OAB Rewards entitles all OAB credit card holders who are subscribed online to earn points as they spend on their credit cards. Earned points can be redeemed from a wide range of options through the Bank’s dedicated online portal (www.oabrewards.com).
OAB Rewards’ designated platform is designed to serve as an online travel reservations engine that allows customers to select and book directly with over 900 airlines, 200,000 hotels and car rentals in over 150 countries across the globe by simply redeeming their points. Customers can also shop online directly through the portal with partnering retailers or in fact, exchange their points for cash-back to the card account.

We have seen over 15% of our credit card customers subscribe to the loyalty program within three months of launch.
