Al Ansari Exchange hosts motivational workshop led by global expert Ron Kaufman
Al Ansari Exchange, the UAE-based foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer company, recently hosted a motivational workshop led by global expert Ron Kaufman for its employees and senior officials.
Titled ‘Building and developing customer service culture’, the workshop was held at the Atlantis Hotel and focused on sharing the latest trends and expertise in the customer service excellence to the staff members of Al Ansari Exchange.
Mohammad Bitar, Deputy General Manager, Al Ansari Exchange said that the workshop comes in line with the company’s efforts to motivate its employees and adopt the best international practices that can further enhance their performance to the highest levels of excellence in customer service and satisfaction. He also pointed out that the workshop enjoyed an atmosphere of interaction and positive spirit among the attendees.
