Ahlibank Upgrades Its Premium Services With The Launch Of Al Nukhba Banking

Muscat: Ahlibank launched Al Nukhba Banking, a rebrand of its Premium Banking segment, in a bid to deliver more value-added services to its premium customers and clients. The exclusive brand brings with it enhanced, more personalized services and customized products for the premium segment. It also aims to provide a more personal and convenient banking experience, ensuring that it satisfies the evolving needs and lifestyles of its customers.

Opening an account means that customers could conduct their banking transactions in dedicated Al Nukhba service centres, free SMS, Internet and mobile banking services, 24-hour call centre support and a dedicated relationship manager available at all times.  

Customers could also benefit from the free credit and debit cards, complimentary lounge access to more than 750 international airports for credit card holders, personalized concierge service, free travel insurance, purchase protection and extended warranty, discounts and offers from selected premium merchants, special discounted tariffs on bank charges, preferential pricing on deposits and loans and exclusive Wafra Savings Scheme prizes. 

Alongside Ahlibank’s commitment to continuously offer new products and services or enhance its existing ones is its ongoing initiatives to invest in improving its digital capabilities and boosting its traditional products and services in order to offer better customer experiences.
