Come experience safe buying at the Towell Auto Centre showrooms
With the worldwide Covid 19 situation continuing to play a role in how we manage our daily movements and personal well-being, Towell Auto Centre (TAC) is taking essential steps to ensure customers stay safe and healthy while visiting their showrooms located across the Sultanate of Oman.
“Experience safe buying. We are ready to serve you!” is Towell Auto Centre’s message to customers who would like to view and experience their auto industry brands – including the award-winning Mazda and Geely range of vehicles.
During their visit, in the interest of optimum health, safety, and peace of mind, all Towell Auto Centre customers are required to sanitize their hands, take a thermal screening check on arrival, and wear face masks and hand gloves. Social distancing protocols also apply at all times throughout the showroom.
The above precautions also apply to all Towell Auto Centre team members and administration staff present at the showrooms. Towell Auto Centre’s staff cabins, work spaces, and contact points like door handles and hand rails are also completely sanitized on a regular basis, in addition to the customer reception areas being fumigated. Furthermore, all the vehicles on display around the showrooms are sanitized regularly.
Currently, with relative easing of movement restrictions throughout the country, and to improve customer experience, the opening times for Towell Auto Centre showrooms have been updated to 8:30am to 1pm, and 3:30pm to 7:30pm (Saturday through to Thursday). Customers can also visit Towell Auto Centre online to find out more about their full range of products and services.
