GAC Enhances Customer Service with Introduction of New FUSO Service Customer Lounges

Reiterating its commitment to its customers and enhancing their ownership experience, General Automotive Company (GAC), the official dealership for FUSO commercial vehicles in Oman, has introduced a new customer lounges at its primary service centre at Azaiba. The new lounge will offer customers the perfect place to relax and spend time while their vehicles are being checked up or serviced.

Commenting on the introduction of the customer lounge, Manoj Ranade, the General Manager of GAC said, “Customer care and satisfaction is always at the forefront of everything we do here at GAC. The introduction of these lounges helps in delivering a service experience like never before allowing them to relax in a friendly relaxing environment while their FUSO vehicles undergo service. This is a one-of-a-kind service rarely offered in the commercial vehicle segment and is a result of our constant efforts to evolve our services, showrooms, and workshops, in order to redefine commercial vehicle customer experience in the country.”

Since its inception in 1973, GAC has played a pivotal role in pioneering the automotive industry in Oman.
