The contribution will be channelled through the Oman Charitable Organization, reinforcing national relief efforts aimed at assisting those impacted by the adverse weather conditions and helping affected communities recover from the resulting challenges.
Commenting on the initiative, Abdulwahid Mohamed Al Murshidi, Chief Executive Officer of Sohar International said: “At Sohar International, our purpose extends beyond financial services to encompass a deeper responsibility towards the communities we serve. The recent impact of the Al-Masarrat weather system has highlighted the critical importance of collective action and timely intervention.
“Through this contribution, we aim to support national relief efforts in a way that is both immediate and sustainable, helping affected families regain stability and rebuild their lives.
