NBC Oman Signs Incubation Pact
The National Business Centre (NBC), Oman signed an incubation agreement with Smart Innovations Technology Company.
Based on this agreement, the company will benefit from the services and incentives offered by NBC, which comprise counseling and guiding companies, and providing intensive training, coaching and mentoring with the aspiration of building entrepreneurial skills. This would consequently allow the company to flourish, network, form partnerships, and have access to business mentors.
Activities of Smart Innovations Technology Company include supporting businesses in several sectors such as the Oil and Gas sector, with technical information gathering, processing and analysis using high technology of drones with camera. Secondary activities include related services, such as legal, regulatory, administrative and maintenance services.
The company’s target is to establish effective relations with companies in a variety of industries as an end-to-end service solution provider. These industries include, but are not limited to, Oil and Gas, Telecommunication, Energy, Agriculture, Safety and Security.
NBC is an initiative launched by the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates – Madayn at the Knowledge Oasis Muscat (KOM) to offer promising Omani entrepreneurs a platform to develop their business ideas and advance them into growing ventures.
The centre offers a premier platform for Omani entrepreneurs by providing business development support and guidance, training and mentoring, access to markets and industry experts, and state-of-the-art and fully equipped office space, meeting rooms and presentation facilities.
