Asian Paints Berger has introduced 140 mood boards under Colours of Arabia palette in interior and exterior emulsions based on traditional and modern Arabian culture
As the Arabian Gulf region forges a new path to a more prosperous future with hues of optimism and vibrancy of ambition bonded by the togetherness of a shared heritage and tradition, Asian Paints Berger has introduced a new collection that represents the region’s passion for colour. The new palette, Colours of Arabia, embodies a bold new commitment that factors in the differentiation geographical and environmental characteristics as well as the distinctive cultural richness and values of the region.
The diverse colour boards were created by visiting museums and heritage sites in Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE as well as studying the rich and splendid culture, history, literature, motifs, architecture, clothing and traditions that were then weaved into colour selection. The transition from traditional to modern were also captured through references across the countries.
As a global company, Asian Paints Berger identifies with the unique nuances of the societies it operates in and takes pride in its heritage. Taking this a step further, the brand has come up with an innovative palette that represents the region’s zeal for colour with the introduction of Colours of Arabia.
The result has been a selection of 140 colours divided into four sections of Pastel, Cool, Warm and Neutral with 35 shades in each category. The innovative collection of 35 exterior and 105 interior hues fill out the colours of tomorrow’s décor in homes and commercial spaces highlighting the beauty and vivid of the region’s passion for colour. A separate display unit makes the range easy to identify and reach. In addition, the size of the swatches is much larger to help customers visualize and select a shade easily.

Colours of Arabia takes the centre stage of the major overhaul of its network of signature ‘Décor Lounges’ across Oman following the high-profile rebranding from Berger Paints to Asian Paints Berger in March this year. The restyled Décor Lounges have transformed into one-of-a-kind creative spaces designed to inspire creativity and assist customers unleash the artistic power of their imaginations when choosing the perfect colours and shades for their offices and homes.
