Oman Oil Company and Omantel to provide telecommunication business solutions
Oman Oil Company (OOC), the Government’s investment arm in the energy related sectors, and Omantel, the leading provider of integrated telecommunications services in the Sultanate, signed a collaboration agreement under which Omantel will provide telecom solutions tailored to meet the business requirements of OOC Group of companies.
Commenting on the signing ceremony, Eng. Isam bin Saud Al Zadjali, CEO of OOC said: “Through this agreement, we aim to benefit from Omantel’s telecommunications solutions and to meet the growing demand for innovative and reliable solutions to facilitate the business needs and procedures of OOC Group of companies.” Al Zadjali added, OOC always aspires to find systems and technology solutions that are in line with the global trends of smart digital applications for business delivery.
From his end, Talal bin Said Al Mamari, CEO of Omantel said, “We are delighted to welcome OOC and its group of companies to our list of business partners that have selected Omantel as their telecom premium provider which underlines the trust that major companies show on Omantel solutions and services. We are committed to providing unmatched experience and support to our customers.

This agreement will provide OOC with innovative solutions and telecom services to support the company in achieving its objectives and contributing to the development of the working environment within the Group.
Oman Oil Company manages more than 50 investments that cover many energy related sectors; 64% of the total investments are in the Sultanate. This is why it is important to find best connectivity solutions to ensure that these investments are always connected and delivering to the highest standards.
