The A&S1615 movement with unique skeletonised pyramid-shaped architecture, was conceived, designed and developed in-house. The movement A&S1615 seemingly floats between two sapphire crystals, the Time Pyramid is a masterful rendition of technical prowess and unparalleled elegance. This superbly engineered wristwatch is part of the brand’s ‘Instrument Collection’ that combines instrument precision with classical styling. Luxury watchmaker RJ-Romain Jerome has unveiled a new timepiece in collaboration with the DeLorean Motor Company. The new DeLorean-DNA Burnout was launched as a tribute to the iconic 80s legend – the DeLorean DMC-12 automobile, which has left a significant trace for generations to come since its launch 30 years ago. The Delorean-DNA ‘Burnout’ draws inspiration from the emblematic car which acts as a time machine whilst spinning its wheels and hitting the brakes. It was RJ-Romain Jerome’s wish that its DeLorean-DNA remains true to the iconic car’s inimitable aesthetic appeal. The timepiece takes its name from the process called a ‘burnout’ that leaves a trace as a result of the fusion between the tire’s rubber and the asphalt.
