Bounce Leaps Into Oman This Summer

Bounce will be leaping into Oman this Summer. Renowned across the region, Bounce’s franchise in Oman is set to be located in Al Ghubrah. Spanning over 4,000 sqm, the ultimate indoor playground, Bounce, will have a wide variety of entertainment outlets – trampolines, climbing walls, parkour areas and other exciting activities lined up for thrill-seekers across the country.
“Bounce’s facility in Muscat will be the first building to be built entirely from the ground up. It has been designed specifically for Bounce, which means when you get in there, you really get the feeling of space and grandeur around it,” says Doran Davies, Chief Executive Officer of Bounce Middle East.
Bounce held an X-Factor style audition at Muscat Grand Mall on the 18th and 19th of April. The interview was not your run of the mill main-stream affair; the Bounce team upped the ante by asking out of the box interview questions like “If you were stuck on an island with one person, who would you want it to be?” or “If you were given One Million Omani Rials, how would you spend it?”.
The playful nature of the questions is not just a reflection of Bounce’s ethos, but is also an attempt to challenge people and gauge the personalities of its potential employees.
Bounce Casting Call in Oman
Doran Davies, Chief Executive Officer of Bounce Middle East believes that whilst employees can be trained for the job, their personality is key to keep the spirit of Bounce alive. Bounce’s intention was to look for enthusiastic and new recruits to join their crew, drawing stunt-lovers, freestyle fanatics and all-out cool individuals to the exhilarating event. Contestants demonstrated their smooth moves and showcased their incredible personalities, some singing and others displaying some truly impressive freestyle moves.
The Bounce crew with their enthusiasm and flare were encouraging and were hyping the participants, infectiously raising the energy of all present. The recruitment process was two-fold, wherein whoever won the judges’ favour with their uniqueness were invited back to the next round of the competition to earn a spot in the BOUNCE Oman Tribe.
Khaled Al Maawali, partner at BOUNCE said, “I first experienced Bounce in Dubai three years ago and immediately fell in love with the concept, the brand and the Bounce Tribe. I am so excited to announce that we are coming to Muscat. Bounce offers something different, an amazing adrenaline-fuelled experience led by a Tribe whose single-minded focus is to ‘Bring the Love and Inspire Progression’. Watch this space!”
Ever since its establishment in 2012 at Melbourne, Australia, Bounce currently contains 32 indoor trampoline centres across 4 continents. Bounce caters to over 3 million customers across various age groups, including pre-schoolers, school children and teenagers, elite athletes, fitness class enthusiasts.
Evident from the try-outs event at Muscat Grand Mall, Bounce strives to provide a truly immersive experience in a motivational and engaging environment. Bounce will open its doors to those who crave high octave action in Oman, this Summer.
