Omantel customers can join the Makasib programme by dialling *224# and following the instructions. After registering, customers will receive a Makasib point for every 100 Baizas they spend on various Omantel services. These points are valid for 2 years and participants can redeem them for rewards.
The Makasib programme is designed to enhance customer experience by offering them a unique opportunity to benefit from a diverse range of attractive rewards and benefits by earning loyalty points, which are linked to usage of mobile, fixed line and Internet services.
