Omantel and Infocomm collaborate to allow advertising on Free WiFi
Omantel and Infocomm have inked an agreement that will help businesses to increase their customer reach by targeted advertising on Omantel’s location based free WiFi service.
With more than 15,000 users per day and over 65,000 daily web views, Omantel WiFi LBA was launched two-years back. Omantel Free Wi-Fi service can be accessed at more than 40 public places in the Sultanate, including parks, Al-Mouj Muscat, malls, hospitals & coffee shops, and it comes in line with Government’s efforts toward digital transformation and e-Government.
With a growing number of users connecting to our hotspots that are available at prime locations, this would be a great opportunity for SMEs and large business alike to reach their targeted customers and support their business growth.
Omantel believes that smart solutions and digital services will lead the future and they are essential for an advanced e-Government. Therefore, the company strives in offering innovative solutions and services, in line with the Sultanate’s vision of Digital Oman.
Furthermore, the company ensures customer satisfaction with a broad choice of offers, widest coverage, and state-of-the-art mobile and fixed broadband services. It is also investing heavily in expanding its network to meet the needs of its customers and continue to provide them the best experience.
