During the past period, the number of Khedmah users witnessed a noticeable rise due to the increased societal awareness about the application’s various effective and beneficial services.
Ease of use, flexibility, along with paying all bills at the push of a button through a mobile phone, were paramount factors for the growing demand. Furthermore, it is considered a safe option to pay bills using the app instead of visiting the branch during these unprecedented times in the Sultanate.
