Al Yousef to build premium residential apartments at Mutrah Bay

Al Yousef Group announced the launch of the first phase of its premium residential apartment project, Wardat Riyam, at Mutrah Bay, overlooking the sea. It is located adjacent to Riyam Park. The announcement was made by Dr Mohamed Bin Musa Al Yousef, Executive Chairman of Al Yousef Group, at a press conference.
The developer of the project is Premier Real Estate, a subsidiary company of Al Yousef Group and the construction of the first phase has been given to Unique Contracting Company.
Wardat Riyam project is a unique project in the Wilayat Mutrah and will be constructed in an area of 6,700 square metres in two phases. Dr Mohamed Bin Musa Al Yousef said that the first phase of the project will consist of two buildings comprising of 36 premium apartments, a banquet hall and retail outlets. All the apartments are having panoramic view of the sea, Mutrah bay and Riyam park. This is considered as best part of the capital city to enjoy sea breeze while walking and strolling.
The first building would have premium luxury apartments which comprises of:
Three bedroom apartments in an area of 187/227 square metres, two bedroom apartments in an area of 156/198 square metres, semi-centralised air-conditioning, health club, swimming pool, four lifts, reserved car parking space in the basement for the owners of the apartment, smart security system and all the construction material will be of high quality and Versace tiles will be used in most of the rooms.
The second building will have one big banquet hall which can accommodate 800 people and retail outlets. The hall has all essential facilities like kitchen, service area and washrooms.
The hall will be built on a plot independent of the apartments. It will have its own entrance and exit. The hall will be provided to residents of Mutrah and to adjacent Wilayat for their various functions on non-profit basis.
Dr Al Yousef said that the hall would be dedicated particularly for the people of Mutrah and generally for the people of the Muscat governorate. This is because the Al Yousef Group understands its social responsibilities and want to serve this Wilayat.
A number of retail outlets and restaurants will also come up with this project to serve the residents of the area and visitors of this unique place in Mutrah.
The second phase of the project will consist of 4-star hotel apartments. The announcement about this will be made later on.
