Larsen & Toubro (Oman) LLC (LTO) is a joint venture company between Larsen & Toubro Limited, India and Zubair Corporation. Incorporated in 1994, LTO has created impressive infrastructure by meeting the ambitious plans and programmes of government, private, entrepreneurs and industrial sectors of the Sultanate of Oman.

Larsen & Toubro (Oman) LLC (LTO) is a joint venture company between Larsen & Toubro Limited, India and Zubair Corporation. Incorporated in 1994, LTO has created impressive infrastructure by meeting the ambitious plans and programmes of government, private, entrepreneurs and industrial sectors of the Sultanate of Oman. Its track record has civil construction, mechanical and electrical installations through turnkey project execution on EPC mode. LTO is currently executing major projects worth over $1.3 billion as main contractors with 750 employees and close to 8,000 workmen.
Some of the key projects executed by the Buildings and Factories business include the Toyota showroom at Ibri, mega body shop for Saud Bahwan Group at Buraimi and Muscat, residential townships for the Ministry of Tourism at Barr Al Jissah, Royal Flight hangar for RCA at Seeb, Line 2, 3 and 4 for Raysut Cement Company at Salalah, Military Technological College for Ministry of Defense, German University for OES Oman Educational Services at Halban, head office building for the Ministry of Manpower, Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque for Saud Bahwan Group at Muscat and a Palace for Royal Court Affairs apart from two major township development projects – Muscat Hills and Asian Beach Games for Omran. A few current projects in this business are the construction of multi-storied residential buildings for Muttawar Omani Company, University buildings for Buraimi Steering Committee, Ministry of Higher Education, Adam Airbase and Hotel # 2 for Omran at Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre.
In the Transportation Infrastructure space, LTO has constructed the Al Khould interchange, Athaibah Interchange and Al Ansab Road for Muscat Municipality and is presently engaged in the construction of Batinah Express Way, Package 4 , Darsait-Wadi Kabir Road, and Dualisation of Bidbid Sur Road, Section II, Part -1 for Ministry of Transport & Communication (MOTC).
Leaders in Power, Transmission and Distribution, LTO has constructed a majority of grid stations and primary substations with an illustrious list of clientele including major government customers like Muscat Electricity Distribution (MEDC) and Oman Electricity Transmission Company (OETC), to name a few. LTO is presently executing grid station projects in Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Buraimi and IZKI on EPC basis. In the area of Water Renewable and Energy, LTO has executed a sewage network and water transmission line at Saham and Khaburah cities for the Public Authority for Electricity & Water (PAEW) and the Salalah Water Transmission Pipeline project for the Dhofar Municipality. LTO’s excellent HSE record is reflected in it, thereby winning the ASSE GCC HSE Excellence Award for the Jindal-Shadeed Steel and Military Technological College Projects, the RoSPA Awards for thirteen projects and the British Safety Council Award for three projects.
