“Being a leading Islamic bank in Oman, ahli Islamic is committed to providing new and innovative programs to reward its customers. The bank always seeks to encourage adopting the best financial practices to enable account holders to achieve their long-term goals and rewards them for their commitment and financial prudence through the Qitaf quarterly, monthly, weekly and special event draws. This year, the Qitaf prize scheme will reward an increased number of customers with prizes of more than OMR 1,250,000 spread across more client segments in all our branches in the Sultanate. Such a customer segmentation approach towards acing client experience and satisfaction help us drive brand loyalty and increased satisfaction levels in the long run.” said Mr Yousuf bin Salim Al Rawahi, Deputy General Manager and Head of ahli Islamic.
On the occasion of Omani Women’s Day, the Bank will hold special draws for its female clients, in appreciation for their contributions and active role in national development, under the wise leadership of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik. Through this draw, the Bank seeks to maximize its celebration including a wider base of customers, offering them a unique opportunity to win valuable cash prizes, such as the special Women’s Day draw of OMR 25,000 (25 winners and OMR 1,000 each).
“At ahli Islamic, providing greater opportunities to win is reflective of our profound commitment to instilling a culture of savings amongst Oman’s evolving consumer base. The young workforce realizes the importance of savings and their benefits on financial returns. Prize schemes like Qitaf further provide impetus to this growth mindset, by offering chances to invest in profitable assets per the bank’s Shariah-compliant principles.”, he added.
In addition to the grand quarterly prize draw in which the Bank rewards four lucky winners with a total prize of OMR 400,000 (OMR 100,000 each), ahli Islamic also conducts monthly draws within eight months of the year and offers cash prizes totalling OMR 160,000, distributed equally among eight winners (OMR 20,000 each).
The customers are automatically eligible to enter the draws the Bank holds throughout the year if they maintain an average minimum balance of RO 50 to 100. However, the minimum eligibility criteria for the quarterly draws are OMR 1,000. The Qitaf cash prize is decided through a draw system, subject to a criterion set by the bank.
