On this glorious occasion, I extend my heartiest congratulations to our leader His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, and to the Omani people. May Allah secure this glory for many years and may our country enjoy the rewards of safety, stability and prosperity.”
He further affirmed that the Bank would continue to offer innovative services and products that live up to customers’ expectations, and contribute to widening its customer base with provisions of faster and easier banking solutions that are consistent with their needs. He also pointed out that the Qitaf prize scheme, which includes draws for a variety of customers, has, since its launch, been instrumental in changing the lives of many winners. It has become an inspiring and motivating event for account holders to continue saving and planning for their future, he maintained.
Qitaf not only aims to raise awareness on the importance of savings in the society, but also provides investment opportunities. ahli islamic seeks to reward more than 4,200 customers from all branches of the Bank, with prizes totaling more than OMR 1,250,000, throughout the year.
Qitaf offers weekly and monthly cash prizes, along with a cash prize of OMR 100,000 per quarter, for one winner. The minimum criteria to be qualified for the quarterly draw is to retain OMR 1,000 as the average quarterly balance. Qitaf cash prizes are withdrawn through an electronic draw system, taking into account the terms and conditions set by the Bank.
