You Can Now Go On Hot Air Balloon Rides And Get A Beautiful Aerial View Of Oman

Muscat: In order to accelerate and boost Oman’s tourism, the Civil Aviation Authority granted licensing to a Turkish company to kickstart the Hot Air Balloons operations in the North Sharqiyah region.
A statement issued by CAA said,‘In the context of supporting sources of economic diversification in the civil aviation sector, the authority granted Royal Balloon company a commercial permit to operate hot air balloons inside the sultanate.’
On Tuesday, Sheikh Ali bin Ahmed Al Shamsi, Governor of North Sharqiyah province, launched commercial operations of Royal Balloon, a Turkish company that operates hot air balloons in Al Wasel, Bidiya.
