Ubhar Express, operated by Modern Hospitality Company, launched its debut menu on Talabat in partnership with IO Kitchen.
Ubhar Express’ menu covers a variety of hot and cold infused Omani mezza, in addition to salads, soups, sandwiches and packaged main courses. Ubhar Express began selling on Talabat in early June 2021.
The debut menu has been carefully selected to include some of the most popular dishes from the known Ubhar Restaurant situated on Al Kharajeeh Street in Shatti Al Qurum. Commenting on the collaboration with IO Kitchen, Ghada Al Yousef, owner of Modern Hospitality Company said: “We are continuously evolving the Ubhar brand to grow our food and lifestyle offerings to our loyal customers.”
Hisham Hasan, Co-founder of IO Kitchen, said: “As the first Omani-owned Cloud Kitchen Concept, we are continuously focused on partnering with local Omani and international brands to help them develop and grow their F&B concepts and expand their geographic reach through delivery-only locations via our managed operations.
We are delighted to partner with Ubhar Express to expand their footprint across Oman with a new on-the-go menu,” he added.
Since its launch in 2009, Ubhar has hosted several lifestyle events, fashion shows, photography exhibitions in addition to supporting local craftsmen and SMEs by exhibiting merchandises and through partnerships on new products.
Over the past year, Ubhar introduced a variety of spices, Omani coffee, and Omani tea mix into the market and more recently introduced a branded Halwa with unique flavors including orange and ginger flavored Omani Halwa with reduced sugar.
