Pankaj Khimji Named as the New Chairman of Oman Cricket
Muscat: Oman’s leading cricketing administrator, Pankaj Khimji, has been declared as the new chairman of Oman Cricket (OC). He was named as the successor to the previous chairman, Kanak Khimji.
Pankaj Khimji is known as the voice of Oman at the International Cricket Council (ICC) and other top – cricket platforms. He was also, appointed as the Vice – President of the Asian Cricket Council (ACC).
His tireless efforts at the highest levels of international cricket have paved the way to Oman’s recognition on the International stage in the cricketing world.
In additional changes, former long – time advisors to the Oman Cricket Board – Younis Sakhi Mahmood Al Balushi, Alkesh Joshi and Paul Sheridan, have been inducted into the Board as well.
