His Highness Sayyid Theyazin Announces Youth Centre

Muscat: In the incarnation of His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik’s attention to youth and his Royal directives to listen to them and empower them to effectively contribute to the comprehensive development march and Oman’s Renewed Renaissance process within the context of Oman Vision 2040 and the 10th Five Year Plan, HH Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham Al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth, has announced the establishment of a new facility to be named “Youth Centre”.
HH Sayyid Theyazin underscored the importance of the role of youth in nation building. He affirmed that the Youth Centre will serve as “a pool for developing youth talents, discovering their talents and mentoring their innovations”.
The Youth Centre is launched in association with the Sultanate of Oman’s celebration of the glorious 51st National Day. HH Sayyid Theyazin is keen on making the Youth Centre a facility that aligns with the aspirations that youth have envisaged within Oman Vision 2040.
HH Sayyid Theyazin pointed out that the new centre figures among the Ministry’s initiatives to develop a composite system of modern youth facilities in all governorates of Oman—facilities that, he hopes, are capable of responding to the expectations of youth, groom their talents and champion their innovations.
The Ministry will later unveil the details of the Youth Centre.
