Thirty Usufructs Worth RO5.6M Signed For Developing New Fuel Filling Stations Across Oman
The Sultanate’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has signed 30 usufruct agreements to build fuel filling stations in different Governorates across Oman.
With an assigned value of RO5.6mn, the initiative seeks to achieve fiscal sustainability, attract investments, boost government revenues, and encourage the local community to engage in business activities.
These stations will have a total area of 101,842 square metres – and will be distributed as follows:
- South A’Sharqiyah Governorate: 7
- Dhofar Governorate: 6
- North A’Sharqiyah Governorate: 6
- A’Dakhiliyah Governorate: 4
- Muscat Governorate: 3
- A’Dhahirah Governorate: 2
- Al Buraimi Governorate: 1
- South Al Batinah Governorate: 1
The agreements were signed by Eng. Hamad Ali Al Nazwani, the Housing Undersecretary, and representatives of the filling stations.
