Supreme Committee Tightens Covid Restrictions
Muscat: With the rise in Covid cases in the Sultanate, the Supreme Committee has imposed a set of new decisions starting from May 8th.
The SC has decided to completely close all commercial activities starting from May 8 until May 15, while the night movement ban has been extended.
The movement ban for individuals and commercial vehicles will be restricted from 7 PM to 4 AM starting on May 8th until May 15th
The Supreme Committee has also decided to suspend the attendance of employees to their places of work and to adopt a remote work system in the various units of the state’s administrative offices and other public legal workplaces, starting from Sunday, May 9, 2021, until Tuesday, May 11, 2021,”
