Oman & Russia Hold Official Talks Session

Sayyid Badr Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister held in Oman today a session of official talks with Sergey Lavrov, Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation.
The two sides reviewed the cooperation relations between the two countries, affirming the keenness of both sides on developing them in all spheres to serve the joint interests.
The two sides also exchanged views on a set of regional and international issues. They underlined the importance of dialogue and cooperation to come up with diplomatic solutions for various issues, as well as supporting all efforts that aim at maintaining regional and international security, stability and peace.
The session was attended by Khalid Hashel Al Musalhi, Head of the Minister’s Office Department, several officials from the Foreign Ministry, Morgunov Ilya, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Sultanate of Oman and members of the delegation accompanying the guest.
