The Digital PMO embodies cooperation between Madayn’s Digital Transformation Project and Tamkin Digital Transformation Company. The PMO aims at keeping pace with management trends and achieving the objectives of the Madayn Digital Transformation Strategy in pursuance of Madayn Vision 2040.
Houda al Battashi (pictured), Director of Madayn’s Digital Transformation Project, stated that Madayn aims through the Digital PMO to meet the needs of digital transformation strategy by accelerating the implementation of initiatives adopted in the strategy.
“The PMO will supervise and participate in the implementation of these initiatives, and outline procedures related to timeframe, financial cost, and project scope and standards,” Al Battashi said.
She added, “Project management embodies an effective solution in the operations of an organisation, taking into account that project management ensures the effectiveness of planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects.”
The Digital PMO shall guide, support, follow up and audit all aspects related to digital transformation projects and their management to improve the performance and outcomes, and to assist project managers to achieve project objectives.
