Ithraa, Oman’s investment promotion and export development agency, was honoured  at the Savoy Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt with the 2018 Corporate Excellence Award for Public Administration. Presented by the Excellence Awards Academy the accolade recognizes Ithraa’s contribution to the field of inward investment and growth of Oman’s non-oil exports.

Accepting the prestigious award was Taleb al Makhmari, Ithraa’s Director General of Marketing & Media. He said: “I am thrilled Ithraa has received this prize as it celebrates the work we do with our partners in government and Oman’s business community.”

Al Makhmari enthused: “We are absolutely committed to supporting local as well as international businesses succeed and this Corporate Excellence Award for Public Administration is testament to our continued innovation to develop these relationships.
